Fidah asked me on msn just now when to hang out again. =( School holiday is like 2 months away. I miss you girls to bits and pieces too! Cos of school, we have no time to meet up and all. sigh.

Didn't go to school today. Gastric pain (first time)has been haunting me for past 3 days, and I woke up feeling so weak in my body and hurting terribly today, so decided to see doctor. Doctor said it's gastric problem, if the pain is still there, we will have to do a "scope" to check further in what is inside my tummy that cause the pain. It's really wierd becuase I am eating normally, but maybe not regular meals. Haiya, don't care. So anyway, after seeing doctor, I slpt for a while, woke up to do work that are supposed to be done in class today, slpt again until 5 plus and da di da di da.

I hope I can return to school tomorrow cos it's first social psychology class!

The reason why I am posting is because I MISS NADIA!! She will be going back to Australia until next Friday! I am going to miss her!! But I hope she will have awesome time with her family back there =) Mentoring last night with Smin and her was really great great great! YAY! I LOVE SMIN AND NADIA TO BITS AND PIECES!

Today was the first day of school. I had fun in school (even though wasn't really in school mood yet) Lunch time was awesome with Ben, Reagan and Smin! i love you all brothers and sister, thank you for brighten up my days in school! But I felt guilty cos didn't know the girls gonna treat Ginny to Pizza Hut during lunch time. Sorry darling! But I hope you will like the little gift I gave to you :)

IB ended earlier, so we went to meet the rest at the canteen, so we sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY SONG to Ginny :)

And she made a wish =)

After school, went to the garden to wait for Ben cos we were going to Plaza Singapura to buy things. And the time there, I had the opportunity to chat with Seika! Through the short chat we had, I realised things and I want to change the way of thinkings (:

The comfy chair that Smin was sitting on, Smin and I (with little help from Tim & Hong Wei), fixed the parts together to become like what it's shown. It was so fun and eventhough it's not usually girls' thing, I love it! We did it on Friday before Co-operate prayer. YAY! I can't wait till the library in church office is up

Hello world! I am still in one piece and alive :)

Today I am going to post a little different from the previous posts . Read with an open heart and I believe it will really help you :)

God touched me in an awesome way on Friday night during Co-operate prayer. It's been really long since I felt that way cos I had been dry spiritually. I picked myself up again like recently, if I am not wrong for 2 weeks already that I have started to stand up for my faith and crawling out of the darkness :) He indeed is faithful, as we get closer to Him, He will get closer to us :)

James 4: 8
8Come near to God and he will come near to you.

Then yesterday during youth service, Ps Adrian named his sermon [little finger] and it spoke to my heart =)

He shared about Zacchaeus, a tax collector [Luke 19] about how people made him feel that he is insignificant because of his build [short] and also that he is a tax collector, so people think that he is bad and rotten and Jesus will not want to get to know Him and stuff. But people were wrong, Jesus noticed him among the crowd and even called him by name. Zacchaeus was of course suprised to know that this man called him by name when other people kept calling him other names to make fun of him.

8But Zacchaeus stood up and said to the Lord, "Look, Lord! Here and now I give half of my possessions to the poor, and if I have cheated anybody out of anything, I will pay back four times the amount."
9Jesus said to him, "Today salvation has come to this house, because this man, too, is a son of Abraham. 10For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost."

How amazing is the story above? I do not know about how you feel, but I feel that our Lord is just so wonderful and graceful to even accept people who is small in most people's eyes and also they have sinned.

Matthew 19:30
30But many who are first will be last, and many who are last will be first.

16"So the last will be first, and the first will be last."

Mark 10:31
31But many who are first will be last, and the last first."

Like how the verses above stated, Zacchaeus maybe the last in people's eyes and all, but out of thousands of people in the crowd that day, God noticed him instead of others who could have said or shout to God " God, here I am, look my way" but instead, God turned to an insignificant figure sitting up on the tree .

Sometimes I feel small in people's eyes too, I am sure some of you do to. But I know I will be important to God's eyes. His opinion about me is more important that others, because He is the truth and He will show us what we need to know and change. God will raise us up and bring us close to Him,telling us how He loves us, How we are important to Him because He created us in His own image and that we are having relationship with Him as daddy and daughter.

Friends, I pray You really will be encouraged by what I had shared. Remember, You are His creation and You deserve His love. Are you willing to come back?

Hello!It's been 2 years since I bake and I love baking!!I remembered last time in secondary school f & n class we baked and everything, wow, today baking at Olyna's house, memories of sec sch time class came back =)

Anyway, we had tons and tons of fun, right oly?!Normally, people take less than 1/2 hour to bake cup cakes, for us we took more than 1 hour! WOW! Because we were chatting at the same time! Hee!! YAY! Sorry to repeat, I HAD SO MUCH FUN!

Hello world! This week has been a little laid back, which i think is good too cos last week i was packed with tons of activities, this week got to rest a little more, at the same time had fun!

Sunday after churchy,the girls(Felicia, Nadia, Shang Min, Jolina, Natelie, Elaine, Melodie, Sharyl, Victoria and I) went to sentosa!! We stayed till evening, had dinner and then headed to Nadia's cosy house! Ha, we fell asleep really fast! The next day(Monday),I couldnt join them for shopping trip to lil india :( because mom wanted me to go out with her to settle things and shopping. (I will upload more photos when I get them from Elaine ). So anyway the first part out with mom was abit boring cos needed settle some bank stuff, and then we headed to Katong shopping centre and city plaza to shop for her clothes and also her dancing costume. I was so shag after I came home ^^

Mentoring yesterday in the evening :) I love having mentoring with my jie jie and minny :):)

Then met up for a talk with Hua Yee and Nadia in the evening, after that Hua Yee and I went to watch surfs up while Nadia and Joses went to watch Ocean Thirteen :) I had fun fun fun! And Hua Yee is coming on Sat~! :):)

And... the day that I had been looking forward to since ages is finally here!

I am going to Oly's hse later to bake cup cakes and spend quality time with her! I missed her so so so much!! YAY! I am so looking forward to later!!

Hello! I've been busy having fun and catching up recently, so didn't really update. Today will be jus a summary and I will update the photos prob next week :)

Thursday - Sm came over to my place, watched vcd " just follow law" and "gen y cops", slacked, prepared for Movie Mania. Nice night together :)

Friday - Went church office early to help out and prepare for movie mania again :) Mentoring after that, it was really great mentoring together with Minny and Nadia :) Life group was so so so so so fun! i love CULTURE TERTIARY!

Saturday - The BIG BIG BIG DAY :) Alot of people came, we had alot of fun! There were games, food, merchandise and lucky draw and MOVIE. What movie you may ask, it is ..... CARS! YES! It's so nice watching together as a youth ok ^^ ...

Today! I am going to sentosa after churchy, then staying over at NADIA's place! YAY! Byebye!

Went to sentosa with my dear lil girls yesterday :)
First met up with Amadea at Harbour Front MRT station, went to buy our snacks. We were like chatter box, talking non-stop (HEE) Then had our lunch at Pastamania. After that we went to vivo city to take mono rail to sentosa beach! We saw the sky ride and we decided to take it! It was really fun! Half way through, realised we haven't put sun block lotion, so we applied the lotion, it distracted us from our fears.*YAY!* The ride was really fun! I want to sit again! Anyway, after that we went to the beach and play in the water!! Finally we found our dear vickie with her friends. It started raining, so we had to come out from the water, we went to have a quick shower cos there were like so many people! After that vickie and Amadea wanted to play LUGE, so we walked to the place where we had the sky ride. Was chatting with vickie's friend, RENEE(donno how to spell), we thought they went missing cos they took so long! Anyhoo, aft their LUGE trip, we went to have BEN&JERRY ice cream!! YAY! I love the ice-cream!!!! *JUMP AROUND* And then we took the bus back to Singapore Vivo City to have our dinner at the open space at 3rd floor. I love chit chatting with my lil girls. They are just so fun to be with :) I am so glad they are so mature for their age for things (: Yeap, We talked till evening time and went home!

Morning everyone!! Here I am gonna rant about what I had been doing on Monday & Tuesday.

Monday!

Finally met up with my girlfriends,Fidah,Hua Yee and Rachel.(Yin Xin and Mellya can't make it
:( ) But it's ok, We shall meet next time! Hua Yee and Rachel are so sweet! They gave this as my birthday present >>

We went to eat at long John silver at Macdonald house (how contridicting is that?) :p So anyway, we had lots of fun together, joking, crapping, catching up with one another. We went to watch Shrek 3 after eating ( I know I watched before, but it's different watching with my girlfriends :) ) Then we went to mind cafe to have some fun playing board games :) Guess what did we play? MONOPOLY! YES! that game that someone needed to be in jail, buy properties, buy house and da di da di da. ^^ We played a bit of Taboo too! Hee! Then we went to outside the Fish & Co, where there is this LOVE statue there, where our craziest thing happen! Photo whoooooorrrrrrroooiiiiiiiiiinnnggg! YES! how can we not have them being with my craziest girlfriends ever :):) (I will post more photos when I get them from fidah)

We met up, walked around AMK HUB, had lunch and we headed to the ZOoO! :) It was alot alot of fun that I couldn't really put them into words. So I shall let these few photos that I put together to describe them (: I love you girls too!! (Click to enlarge the photos)

LG time at my house was really awesome, 20 over ppl came! We hardly have so many people turning up for LG, at most like 15 people only! God is really good. I felt the warmth and love from them, alot alot! They sang Happy Birthday song to me while I was not at the living room, at the end they were like "Where is vina?" haha.. then I ran out and said" hello! I am here :) " Then they had to sing again. YAY! (: (: Thanks guys for making this birthday so so so unforgettably fun and loved (:

I want to share a little testimony of my journey with the Lord (:

Before I came to know the Lord, my life was in a mess. I was an ordinary girl who longed to be loved by the world, so starting from P6 till end of sec 4, I had alot of serious crushes, boyfriends. I then became very rebellious in sec 2, I cut my wrists to ease pains suffered from all these and friendships problems, but alot of scars left at my left hand. I also lied to my parents about things so that I can do things their backs.

One day, Zi Xin, my ex-Deyi school mate, asked me to attend her church. I didn't know anything about Christianity then. On the way to her church , she asked me "what if one day you have the chance to receive Jesus into Your life?" i was like stunned cos I didn't know anything. So anyway, the service was fun, awesome, sermon was great too! Then during ministry time, the pastor asked indirectly who wants to receive Jesus Christ into their life and I raised my hand, when I opened my eyes, zi xin and friends where like congratulating me that I am in family of God, I was so confused! serious. HAHA! But anyway I connected with Yhope for a period of time, but on and off cos I thought my parents wouldn't allow me to do so cos of what I had done and they were kinda strict.

A few months later, my elder brother received Christ and attended CNL, chinese side. He brought me to church then, I was so excited! I attende the chinese service, it was really good, joyful atmosphere and everything. I wanted to go back, so I thought I would be at the chinese side, but my brother dragged me to the youth group at CNL. YAY! It was so good to be true. HAHA! The girls (Elaine, Felicia, Yi Cong, Hannah, Sophia and many more) welcomed me so warmly into Youths for a few weeks :) Then my brother had to leave for Australia to further his studies, I thought I wanted to go back to YHope, but he said to stay in CNL cos there are people who can look after me. So unwillingly yet thankfully I stayed on. I then slowly learnt so much about Christianity and also felt the real love of God and from the people in church. They are so encouraging and loving. How can it be true, you asked? Come and feel it yourself, really it's by little faith and steps that I took to be who I am now.

God revealed himself so much to me over the years, I felt his presence many many times, He picked me up and hold me tightly in his arms of love, He removed the hurts, the painful past that I went through, He put new hope, new life in me. He blessed me in my studies even though I spent so much time serving Him, He provides. (:

Who say church is boring? It is not! Our Youth group is the funkiest group ever! You don't need to go clubbing, pubbing to meet friends, you can really find true friends in church! They not only encourage and love you, they have fun with you!! We had many many activities too! Alot more fun than what the world is having. I know you may say I never go clubbing before, how I know, right? Cos I know, I can feel it, why go clubbing to dance, meet friends, drunk and got sick at the end? (I am sorry if I have offended anybody here) But really, don't waste your time and money, there. You only have one life, so treausure and cherish it. Find true meaning and purpose in Your life through God. Your life is not only about "Me, myself and I" It's about everybody else. Build your life in the Lord, serve the Lord your saviour, God. Meet real friends, share Your live with them, spend time with them encouraging, cry and laugh with them. You don't know how much some people mean to You and how much God wants You to come back to Him.

So ever since I am involved with God and His kingdom, my life was never the same anymore. I realised true love comes from God, and also seeking Him is joy and fun thing to do! He will show you amazing things that you never think of!

Alright, think that's all I can say. I pray you will be encouraged and challenged by my mini message :) Forgive me if I have offended anyone.

I thank You for this beautiful life that You have given me. Even though there are ups and downs, You never fail to pick me up, You never fail to be there for me when I cry out to You. You are a wondeful God, Lord. No matter what happen, I will follow You, I will obey and stand firm in Your law. I love You God ! I pray oh God for open hearts for people to want to know You and that their lives will be transformed. In Jesus Precious name, AMEN!
